Naomi Mellor is a multi-faceted and multi-talented podcast host and producer, entrepreneur and veterinarian. Since starting her first podcast, Smashing the Ceiling, she has hosted and produced multiple successful shows, with clients including Nestlé and Closer Still Media.
She is the founder of Everybody Media (formerly known as The Skylark Collective), first European-based community for women and people of marginalized genders in podcasting, and the International Women’s Podcast Awards, through which she has forged partnerships with Amazon Music, Wondery and Shure amongst others.
Naomi co-founded Everybody Media in 2022 with Rebekah Pennington, bringing together the awards, the collective and a production house creating podcasts with purpose for mission-led brands and individuals.
