Born and raised in California, Janine Ayana Watkins now lives in Minnesota. How did that happen? Well, shortly after moving to NYC, she met the love of her life on a bus while leaving work, as a field engineer who worked to build the roadways at NYC’s LaGuardia Airport. Janine was a Civil Engineer by trade, but she was willing to trade it in to become a sci-fi author, fitness instructor, Afrocentric talk show host, and inevitably a financial agent. She believes everyone ought to experience following their passion over pursuing a paycheck because passionately pursuing a purpose feels magical.
Since establishing her life in Minnesota, Janine has become a highly skilled financial agent with a passion for empowering individuals and their families to achieve their financial goals.
